Cardiac CT Solutions
IHS starts and grows cardiac CT programs. We support local physicians with their cardiac CT programs according to the needs of the specific group or institution.
We provide rapid cardiac CT interpretation and clinical guidance for patients presenting to the Emergency Department with chest pain. Our chest pain pathways are endorsed by the American College of Cardiology. Our Board-certified cardiologists and radiologists with expertise in establishing and interpreting cardiac CT scans will provide a rapid, accurate interpretation within 2 hours after a patient presents to an Emergency Department with chest pain.
We use a seamless, cloud-based technologies which are easy to coordinate with local emergency departments, radiology departments, and hospital staff. We tailor our services to the specific needs of our partner hospitals and can provide 24 hour coverage, 7 days a week to care for patients who arrive in the emergency department with chest pain at any time of day, with any complexity.
IHS provides advanced structural heart imaging for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR), and left atrial appendage closure device placement.
Our national network of cardiologists and radiologists are experts in rapid and accurate evaluation of acute aortic syndrome and chronic aortic disease.
Our network of level III trained pediatric and adult congenital cardiologists and expert radiologists provide comprehensive imaging services for the evaluation of patients with complex adult congenital heart disease.
IHS starts and grows cardiac MRI programs. We provide functional/anatomic evaluation, assessing patients for myocardial viability, dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and other myocardial infiltrative diseases. We assess aortic, vascular, and congenital heart disease. And we provide electrophysiologic (EP) procedural planning using cardiac MRI.
We provide ongoing communication with staff and ordering physicians to aid in volume growth and further technology adoption.
Second Opinion Services
IHS provides private review and second opinion services for patients and their families on previously performed cardiac CT and cardiac MRI scans in order to further understand, articulate, explain, or validate previous interpretations. Patients and families can send/upload their images directly to us for review.
