Instructions on how to create your account/profile and check in to an activity to claim/record EVMS CME credit

Part 1 – Create your account/profile

  1. To set up an account go to
  2. Click on “check into an activity”
  3. Click on “Sign in to claim attendance”
  4. Click on “create account” (You have to put your email address in first before “create account” green button will become available.)
  5. Create your password and profile. Your password will never expire.

FYI, when creating your account, we do not need your home address and phone number. Please use your work address and phone number.

Part 2 – Check in to an activity and claim credit

Once you have set up an account, you will check in to any CME activity sponsored and presented by EVMS this way.

  1. 1. Go to the CME website 
  2. 2. Click on the “Check in to an activity” button. 
  1. 3. Click on the Departmental activity attended.
  1. 4. Click on “Sign in to Claim Attendance”
  1. 5. Sign in.
  1. 6. Enter and submit the activity code provided at the attended activity.
  1. 7. You are finished.
